Despite her struggles with Lyme disease, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster has proved that she has a very positive outlook on life — which is something her fans really appreciate.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Foster posted a photo of herself looking happy as she held a giant bouquet of flowers from makeup artist Dusty Starks. She captioned the post with uplifting words, “Another day to be grateful for…….. Thank you @dustystarks #RHOBH.”
And fans have applauded Foster for being an “inspiration” and remaining incredibly “real.”
