The Duggars took an exotic vacation to visit Jill and Derick Dillard in Central America, but it was baby Israel who stole the show.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar visited their daughter Jill and her husband Derick in the mystery location in Central America where they are serving their church, and the family photos they posted got tons of comments — but mainly about cutie-patootie baby Israel.

“Wow Israel has gotten so big !! He is such a cutie,” wrote Facebook user Magen Sistrunk.
“Hope you are enjoying your trip. OMG Israel is so big! How do you keep up with him. Is he starting to walk yet?” asked Kimberly Johanna Moses.
“Look at the smile on Israel’s face, he is so happy to see Grandma and Grandpa,” wrote Sherry M Davis. “Such a delightful little guy. Love you Israel, and your whole family. God Bless you and keep you all safe.”
“Looks like you had an awesome time wow cant believe how big Israel has gotten he is such a cutie,” [sic] Mandy Sparling commented.
Jill and Derick’s whereabouts have been a bit of a mystery. The couple refused to name their exact location in Central America, citing privacy and safety concerns, but got tongues wagging in recent weeks that they may have returned to Arkansas for good over Zika virus concerns after coming for what looks like was just a short family visit.

Derick updated the family’s blog last week with news of Jim Bob and Michelle’s visit, plus some details on little Israel.
“Jill’s parents surprised us recently with an impromptu visit for a few days. It was great to have them with us and get to show them the work the Lord is doing here,” he wrote. “Israel just turned 10 months and now enjoys eating fruits and veggies. Some of his favorites are bananas and avocados. He weighs a whopping 23 pounds and is cruising everywhere! We’ve had to baby proof our house, adding cabinet locks and outlet covers that Grandma C (my mom) sent down. Israel definitely enjoyed all the attention when Grandma and Grandpa Duggar came to visit.”
There is no word on when — or if — the Duggar splinter branch means to return to U.S. soil for good.
