On Monday, Evans took to Twitter to share her idea: mini urinals for male toddlers who are potty training. She intends to call the company Little Kaiser (after her second son), and the launch date is set for March 21, Us Weekly reports. However, critics have been quick to accuse Evans of stealing the idea.
Twitter users unearthed a similar product from 1999, created by the company Lil Marc, leading them to slam Evans for “copying” the idea.
Others just feel it’s a terrible idea….

Evans manager, Johnny Donovan, strongly denies that she stole the idea. Instead, he claims the company went to “shit” and that they reached out to Evans to help them rebrand.
Which is news to Lil Marc, as their official statement shuts down the claims that Evans is working with them, adding that any use of their name or photos is “unauthorized and a violation.”

Evans has not responded to the allegations personally, but she has deleted the Instagram link that accompanied her earlier tweet. Whether her business venture will take shape, or if she’ll be facing a lawsuit, remains to be seen.
