Joey Feek is confined to her bed, but she has not let that stop her from making a special meal for her family.

Although Feek was unable to get out of bed and head to the kitchen to prepare the meal, her loving husband Rory brought all of the ingredients to her bedside and uploaded the process to their shared Instagram account.
The post, which shows Joey chopping up herbs in a blender, was captioned with, “When a mother can’t get to the kitchen, but wants so much to help make her family dinner… you bring the kitchen to mama.”
The image of Joey cooking dinner serves as a reminder of how simple, sometimes mundane tasks like making a meal for our loved ones can be taken for granted. And unsurprisingly, it has had a powerful effect on many fans.
