TLC is bringing the Duggars back, and this time it’s for more than a few episodes.
Jill & Jessa: Counting On has earned a full season, Us Weekly reports. The show will premiere on TLC on March 15.
Fans will remember that the three-part special of the same name, which aired in December 2015, focused on the two sisters and their families. Jessa’s husband Ben Seewald and newborn son Spurgeon will continue to appear alongside Jill’s husband Derick Dillard and baby son Israel in the new series.
The series also touched on Josh Duggar’s scandal in a few moments, including a tearful clip in which his wife Anna said she felt betrayed by how public the incident became.

TLC network executives have come under fire for continuing to air a series focused on the Duggar family despite the allegations against Josh. In January, TLC general manager Nancy Daniels told a room of reporters, “Our first priority is making sure that there’s a health and well-being of our families first and foremost. We feature stories of different families with real people, and real things happen.”
Perhaps more tellingly, she also mentioned that Jill & Jessa: Counting On had garnered over 3 million viewers. Although the network pulled 19 Kids and Counting, the Us Weekly exclusive article announcing the new series claims Jill & Jessa: Counting On will feature “Jill and Jessa’s siblings Jana, Jinger, Joy Anna, John David, Josiah and Joseph Duggar, along with sister-in-law Anna.” Is there enough of a difference between these two series to feel that justice has been served?
