Mama June rushed to hospital after repeatedly passing out in her home

Former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Mama June’s health has taken a turn for the worse, as she was rushed to hospital on Wednesday.

Mama June reportedly collapsed at her Georgia home after walking down the stairs, her rep told People magazine. June reportedly regained consciousness but then fainted several more times, which is when her daughter, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, decided to rush her to the hospital.

According to the publication, June had reportedly been feeling unwell and had thrown up several times throughout the day — and, unfortunately, her health troubles may have a lot to do with her diet.

Sources told TMZ that June has been pushing it with her diet lately, and after she was admitted to the hospital, she confessed to doctors that she had eaten very little that day — she’s been working hard to shed the pounds, and according to People, last May, she revealed she had lost 45 pounds on top of the 100 pounds she had reported losing in 2013.

June is reportedly still in the hospital while doctors attempt to find the cause of her health problems, and they are planning on giving her a CT scan and taking blood work.

Let’s hope Mama June makes a full recovery and doesn’t take her diet to the extreme in the future.
