If you haven’t heard of Roses & Revolutions yet, then today’s the day.

The indie pop duo — made up of Coco and Matt Merritt — hails from Rochester, New York (and yes, they are dating IRL). Take a listen to their new single “I Won’t Break”:

And now, her #WCW list — in her own words:

1. Ellie Goulding

“I think she is just fantastic. From her songwriting to her energy she possesses onstage and also her love for fitness and exercise, she’s got it all!”

2. Judge Judy

“She is the smartest woman. Not just in her business (obviously she’s super good at that), but her morals and common sense… she’s a perfect example of a kick-ass woman.”

3. My mom

“This is a no-brainer. My mom is my best friend. She inspires me every day to be the best I can be, to stand up for myself and to never give up. She’s my biggest supporter and believer. And to me, she’s tied with Judge Judy for smartest woman!

4. Katy Perry

“Watching her Part Of Me documentary was so interesting. It made me have so much more respect for her and her music. She’s been at it for a long time, and even though she hit some serious obstacles in the music business, was broke and couldn’t afford to live in LA, she kept going — and look at her now.”

5. Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa)

“I love to bake and cook, and every time I watch her show, I’m like ‘I need to go make that.’ Her show and recipes definitely feed by obsession with baking and cooking. She’s awesome.”

6. Kristen Bell

“She stands up for women in Hollywood’s messed-up definition of ‘perfection.’ Positive body image is so important to portray. Too many young girls get it in their heads that they’re not skinny enough, not pretty enough, not tall enough, too tall… the list goes on. I also adore her for her work with multiple charities and causes. She’s all around such an inspiring woman. Oh, and I loved her in Veronica Mars, too :).”
