Jonah Hill hostedSaturday Night Live on March 5 with musical guest Future. Darrell Hammond and Jason Sudeikis made appearances in the cold open, but one of the most talked-about parts of the show was SNL‘s version of a Donald Trump campaign ad.
“The media’s been saying some pretty negative things about Donald Trump,” started the ad, “but what are real Americans saying?”
The video features SNL actors Taran Killam, Vanessa Bayer, Bobby Moynihan, Aidy Bryant, Beck Bennett and Kyle Mooney playing “real Americans.”

The sketch features these Trump supporters describing the businessman and politician as a “winner,” “authentic” and “an outsider” that “Washington needs.”
As the video goes on, the camera zooms out to reveal a few things about these supporters that it missed the first time around.
“He’s going to take our economy from here, to here,” a male supporter (Killam) says, as he reveals that he’s wearing an arm band with a Nazi swastika.
“He’s not some cautious politician,” a female supporter (Bayer) says as she’s ironing a KKK white hood. “He says what I’m thinking.”
“He’s definitely not PC,” says another male supporter (Bennett).
“Three words: good at business,” an outdoorsman (Mooney) says as he carries firewood over to a burning cross.
The video ends with the words, “A message from Racists for Donald Trump.” Trump, who has hosted SNL twice, has yet to respond to the sketch.

Next week, Ariana Grande will host SNL and be the musical guest.
