Teen Mom‘s Jenelle Evans is gunning for Nathan Griffith’s disability pay

Teen Mom‘s Jenelle Evans is taking her baby daddy Nathan Griffith to court over custody — and she wants a hefty payday, too.

Evans is fighting for custody of their son Kaiser, and she also wants Griffith to pay her a pretty penny in child support, because she believes he gets a hefty disability check from the military.

“Jenelle is putting the child support on Nathan,” a source told Radar Online.

“She thinks he owes her something,” the source said. “He was getting over $3,000 a month in 2014. It’s called ‘compensation’ for being ‘disabled’ as a result if [sic] his deployment.”

The source explained that Griffith gets compensated each month for severe post-traumatic stress disorder and a brain injury that is considered disabling.

But Evans is not just going for child support moving forward — she wants back pay, too.

“Jenelle doesn’t know how much she will get,” the source said. “It depends on how much they make him pay per month and then it will all be added up.”

The two have struggled with custody issues for some time, and Griffith tweeted his frustration about getting time with his son last month.

While the source says the pair’s custody case date is “at the end of this month,” Evans will have to wait a bit longer for the money convo.

“The child support court case is in April for Jenelle and Nathan,” the source said.
