Teen Mom star Catelyn Lowell revealed today that instead of enjoying spring break on the beach like many women her age, she will be heading off to rehab instead.
Lowell, who only recently married longtime boyfriend and baby daddy Tyler Baltierra, confirmed she is heading to rehab to battle non-substance-related personal issues.
“Just let [fans] know that I’m just seeking help for my anxiety and depression at the moment,” she told InTouch.

Baltierra appealed to fans to pray for the family yesterday and pledged his undying loyalty to his new wife on Twitter.

Lowell hinted at a major change on social media yesterday, with both a tweet and an Instagram post that got fans talking.

“Arizona here I come… I can’t wait to be back to my normal self… this is for me and my family… Novalee and Tyler I love you both very much!!!” she wrote.
Lowell admitted in January she has suffered from postpartum depression since her daughter Novalee was born last year.
“I didn’t really know and I still don’t know what’s going on with my postpartum,” Lowell told Life & Style. “For a while I felt fine, but I’ve always suffered from depression, anxiety and panic attacks.”
Her struggle was also the subject of the most recent episode of Teen Mom OG.
