Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans has been embroiled in a bitter custody battle with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffiths, and it doesn’t look like it’s going to be resolved anytime soon.

Griffiths won’t even provide Evans with his address so they can hash out the custody agreement.
Speaking of the custody battle complications, Evans told Us Weekly, “I’m trying to file custody papers, but Nathan won’t give me his address. If he’s going to have Kaiser for a weekend, I need to know where he is.”

There is no love lost between Evans and Griffiths, and according to her, the claims her ex is making about not being able to see his son are completely untrue.

“He hasn’t asked to see Kaiser since December,” Evans told the publication. “He tweets about me but he won’t text me and ask to see him. … He wants to make me look bad.”
Unfortunately for Evans, it’s not just one custody battle that she is dealing with, but two. She’s also trying to regain custody of her elder son, Jace — who has been living with Evans’ mother, Barbara.
“I’m asking for full custody,” she said. “I see Jace every weekend. There’s no reason why I shouldn’t have him full time. … My mom hasn’t budged at all, so I’m just going to have to let the judge decide.”

But could her new relationship with David Eason influence her mother’s decision? According to Evans, it might, but in a positive way.
“I think my mom is more accepting of me dating someone that is good. She really likes David a lot,” Evans told the publication of her relationship with Eason, who has a 6-year-old daughter.
Whether this is the case or not remains to be seen, but Evans has a hearing to win back her son on May 3.
