RHOBH‘s Lisa Rinna may be in an April Fools’ scandal for insensitive pic

Did Lisa Rinna shave her head? The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star posted an Instagram photo of herself completely bald, but some fans aren’t sure if the photo is real or just a photoshopped April Fools’ prank.

Rinna captioned the photo, “Omg this just happened!!!! I feel so free!!!! Thank God I’ve got great wigs and extra wig glue for my QVC appearance tomorrow! #BaldIsBeautiful.”

Considering tomorrow’s date, many fans think the photo is clearly an April Fools’ joke. However, if that’s true, some cancer survivors are not happy, saying Rinna’s photo is incredibly insensitive.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ official Facebook page posted an article with the photo and fans have taken to the comments section, letting Rinna know how they really feel about her post.

“All the cancer patients out there who HAVE to lose their hair are NOT laughing at the photoshop. As a survivor, I am one of the non-laughers,” one Facebook user commented.

“I don’t find this funny at all, I’m going through chemo now and lost all my hair as millions of others have… not funny Lisa!” another replied on the post.

“Bad photoshopped pic… kind of insensitive to those who really lose their hair during cancer!! Sorry but that’s nothing to joke about… understand girls were giving her a hard time but to joke about this is kinda cruel,” a Facebook user commented

However, some fans stood up for Rinna.

“It was a joke referencing constant wig accusations. Not a dig at cancer patients who lose hair. People can be bald by choice and not be making fun of cancer,” one fan replied.

“First of all anyone can see that’s photoshopped big time, second she is not making fun of cancer. I can’t say I understand the horror of having to fight cancer and lose my hair, but I really don’t think she is meaning to insult those that are,” another Facebook user responded.
