Did Taylor Swift throw shade at Justin Bieber during the iHeartRadio Music Awards? The Internet says yes, but we aren’t so sure.

After Bieber opened the show with a performance of his hits “Love Yourself” and “Company,” Swift was shown becoming a real-life version of the Kermit the Frog sipping tea meme.
Ooh… the shade. However, it’s no secret that Swift and Bieber aren’t friends. The silent feud stems from years of Bieber breaking the heart of Swift’s best friend, Selena Gomez. Girls have to stick together, right?

While Swift at least clapped a couple times for the Biebs, please notice that her boyfriend, Calvin Harris, didn’t clap at all. Not even once! The DJ just sipped his drink the entire time, proving that the shade queen has found her shade king.
Aside from any slight shade throwing, Swift had a big night at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. She won three awards and even thanked boyfriend Calvin Harris (aka Adam Wiles) on stage, sending Swifties into a social media frenzy. Harris also won an award for Dance Artist of the Year.

While accepting the award for Best Tour, Swift said, “I think that one of my favorite things about this tour was the camaraderie that I felt between all the artists that came out. I want to start by thanking Justin Timberlake for the example that he’s set for all of us in this room. There are so many artists. There were 48 different artists who came out and surprised my crowds on The 1989 World Tour. A lot of them are here tonight. Jason Derulo, Fetty Wap. And to the crowds, you made it worth surprising you and going the extra mile, because you’re so amazing. And, you know, for the first time I had the most amazing person to come home to when the spotlight went out and the crowds were all gone, so I want to thank my boyfriend Adam for that, and I love you guys so much. Thank you, iHeart!”
Sigh. Maybe true love exists after all.
