Jackson may have been a legend and the King of Pop to you, but to his daughter, Paris Jackson, he was much more than just a talented musician: He was her father, the man who was there to unconditionally love and protect her. And Paris’ latest tribute to him serves as a reminder of the significant role that Michael Jackson played in her life.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Paris shared a photo of herself in a tattoo studio and shared the inspiration behind her brand-new ink in the caption. She wrote, “Queen of My Heart” in his handwriting. To everyone else he was the King of Pop. To me, well, he was the king of my heart.”
She then went on to thank the studio responsible for the tattoo, writing, “Thank you @dermagraphink, you’re a legend.”

It’s the most beautiful tribute to her father, made even more special by the fact that it was created in his handwriting.
Jackson’s fans have praised Paris for the tribute.
