President Obama and FLOTUS celebrated May the Fourth better than you

Star Wars Day may be over, but if you haven’t seen this video yet, you need to extend the celebration.

Tons of people celebrated May the Fourth yesterday, known as Star Wars Day (May the Fourth be with you — get it?). Anyone who spent any time on social media knows that. But no one, and I mean no one, partied like the POTUS and FLOTUS.

President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, further proved that they are the coolest cats ever to inhabit the Oval Office by posting a video to the official White House Facebook page sharing their May the Fourth celebration.

As you can see, it involved a music-playing R2-D2, dancing Stormtroopers, and the Obamas busting some moves to Michelle’s favorite song, “Uptown Funk.”

You know, the president might have one of the most serious jobs in the world, but it’s super fun to see that he still has way better dance moves than I ever will, and he’s not afraid to share them with the world in the name of a silly social media holiday. It’s even a little bittersweet, because no one poised to take over the White House after the 2016 election is anywhere near as cool as the Obamas.

Other celebs got in on the fun of Star Wars Day by posting their own photos and videos to celebrate, including Mark Zuckerberg, who held a business meeting with Chewbacca and some Ewoks, and Ariel Winter, who tweeted an adorable GIF of a break-dancing Yoda.
