Kaley Cuoco’s divorce is finalized and her ex-husband is SOL

Every cloud has a silver lining, and Kaley Cuoco‘s divorce cloud is lined with $72 million worth of silver. Thanks to a prenuptial agreement with ex-husband Ryan Sweeting, People reports, she’ll get to keep the bulk of the money she earned working on The Big Bang Theory.

The couple filed for divorce in September and finalized their arrangements last Friday after 21 months of marriage. According to People, Cuoco will not have to pay spousal support to her ex.

In lieu of support, Cuoco owes Sweeting a lump sum amount of $165,000, which he’ll receive in two payments. Certainly not an amount to sneeze at for a normal person, although Cuoco could buy a bag worth that much — and she probably should to celebrate her amazing lawyers.

Cuoco is also paying for Sweeting’s attorney fees up to $55,000 and a legal fee of about $10,000 that he incurred in association with the prenup.

She’s moving on with fellow equestrian and horse lover Karl Cook, with whom she has already become Instagram official. The two were spotted together on a recent flight and looked very cozy, according to a spy. “They looked very much like a loving couple,” an onlooker told People. “He was in the aisle seat, eyes closed and head back, and she was gently nuzzling her face into his arm.”
