Jenelle Evans doesn’t want us to believe everything we see on TV. According to her, creative editing has left her looking like a bad mother and a drug user, and she’s neither. Who do we believe?
In a new interview with Radar Online, Evans elaborates on a clip from an upcoming episode in which she’s behind a locked door, giving the appearance that she’s using drugs. But according to Evans, the scene was filmed across multiple days and edited to look as if she were in an especially bad place.

“That’s bullshit!” she says. “They edited it to make it look like they filmed me. They didn’t film me at all that day.”
Even worse, the producers may not have even been allowed inside her home. “I didn’t even give them permission to come inside my house,” she elaborated. “They used a different scene from a different day to make it look like they got my reaction to my mom but that is a lie… I didn’t know they edited scenes like that!”

After years with the Teen Mom brand, it’s surprising to think that Evans doesn’t know how MTV edits scenes. Reality TV shows do have a need to create a plotline, so it’s not surprising that they would lump together a few days into one.
Have a bathroom in the master bedroom and one in my hallway… I see where everyone is confused by that scene! Sorry @MTV sucks at editing
