If you think Bethenny Frankel‘s face has changed over the years, you’re not wrong.

While Frankel vehemently denies having had any invasive plastic surgery, she does admit to one thing: regular use of Botox, especially in her jaw.
During an interview with the Daily Mail, Frankel addressed the plastic surgery rumors that have arisen since fans started to notice the changing shape of her jawline.
“I do look different. I’ve had Botox in my jaw,” she admitted. “You can see that my jaw has completely changed.”
It’s definitely weird that Frankel has to address the shape of her jaw in an interview, but considering how much scrutiny is placed on female celebrities, it’s not too surprising that the small changes she’s made have been noticed.

Frankel continued, “About three years ago, my dermatologist said to me, ‘Why don’t we try injecting your jaw because it’s so tense.'”
According to Frankel, the very square, defined jaw she had in the past came from years of clenching her teeth while she slept.
“My jaw from grinding for so many years was like this,” she said as she clenched her fist to demonstrate. “It’s like a muscle, it’s like working out with weights.”
Frankel also admitted to getting Botox in other parts of her face occasionally to address wrinkles, and she’s been upfront about her breast implants for years. But those are the only procedures she’s admitting to.
“I have not had invasive plastic surgery,” she insisted. “I have not had a nose job.”
