Kourtney Kardashian took to Twitter to wish Scott Disick a happy birthday, but her choice of photo and words is sending us mixed messages.

Kardashian tweeted, “Happy Birthday baby daddy,” along with a throwback photo of the reality star straddling Disick in a bikini as he flips off the camera.

This isn’t the first time the former couple has sent us mixed signals about the status of their romance. Back in March, Disick announced that they were getting back together in a flirty Snapchat video with Kardashian, but apparently it was just a joke? Kardashian quickly shut down the rumor with a firm “no” at the end of the video.
Disick is reportedly dating model Christine Burkee right now. While the exes seem to be on good terms, rumor has it Kardashian is not the biggest fan of Disick’s new bae, considering she looks nearly identical to her younger sister, Kendall Jenner. She’s also the same age as Jenner, 20.

So, is Lord Disick just a “baby daddy” to Kourtney these days? While that may be true, sister Khloé Kardashian apparently calls him her bestie.
Khloé also wished Disick a happy day, posting a photo on Instagram with the caption, “Happy birthday lord!!! We’ve been through it all and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Forever my brother and forever my bestie! Love you.”
Despite being Kourtney’s ex, Disick continues to be close with the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan. He was spotted out celebrating his birthday with Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner and French Montana on Kylie’s Snapchat. The entire family, Kourtney included, reportedly united to celebrate his birthday at Nobu in Malibu later that evening.

Given all their family ties and everything they’ve been through together, we can’t help but feel like these two lovers are meant to be. However, maybe Kourtney has finally realized she can do better than Lord Disick after all.
