Stacey Dash’s ‘solution’ to transgender bathroom use is disgusting

Seriously, can someone stop her? She’s crossed so many lines with her controversial views, disguising her hate and bigotry as being “conservative,” but now she’s gone too far.

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Dash took on bathroom laws that are at the center of court battles in North Carolina and Mississippi, trying to dictate that trans people use gendered restrooms that match up with the sex listed on their birth certificates.

“It’s tyranny by the minority. Why do I have to suffer because you can’t decide what you wanna be that day?” Dash said. “It’s your body! So, it’s your decision, right? We all make choices.”

She continued, “OK, then go in the bushes. I don’t know what to tell you, but I’m not gonna put my child’s life at risk because you want to change a law so that you can be comfortable with your beliefs — which means I have to change my beliefs and my rights? No.”

Sigh.

The fact that Dash didn’t even consider something impractical like giving trans people their own restrooms before she spewed her hateful belief that they should all just do their business outside shows how little respect she actually has for the humanity of trans people. She doesn’t consider them any better than animals, and it’s completely disgusting.

And Dash didn’t even stop there. While that was, by far, the most horrifying thing she had to say, she also somehow thinks that feminism is ruining men.

“What we’re doing is we’re chipping away at what it is to be a woman and to be feminine,” she said. “And what it is to be a man and be masculine. We’re chipping away at that. I wish we could go back to Mad Men days. I love those days. Men were men. And I love them.”

Right. Those days when women couldn’t get birth control without being harassed by their doctors. When women were sexually assaulted by drunk officemates who wanted to see the color of their panties. When marital rape was legal in all 50 states. Sounds like a blast, Stacey.
