In Corden’s latest segment on Monday night, June 6, he gets a visit from Broadway stars Lin-Manuel Miranda and Audra McDonald, as well as Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Jane Krakowski — and this was one car ride we really wished we were a part of because the pipes on these stars are unreal.
The video begins with Corden picking up Miranda, and the pair drive through the busy streets of Manhattan. They then pick up McDonald, Ferguson, and Krakowski, after which some very harmonious singing gets underway as the group performs songs from Hamilton and Les Misérables, as well as two classic songs: “Seasons of Love” from 1996’s Rent and “You’re Just Too Good to Be True” from Jersey Boys.

Yes, it’s safe to say that this was one unforgettable car ride. However, it’s not just the vocals that are noteworthy in this video: Corden is bringing some special attention to the stars of Broadway as he gears up to host the Tony Awards on Sunday evening, and he even made sure he got some tips from his passengers.
