Kourtney Kardashian spent some time in London this week and picked up a very random BFF, Lindsay Lohan. That’s right. A Kardashian and a Lohan were partying like it was 2005. Luckily, Kardashian and Lohan managed to walk out of the restaurant standing upright and not flashing anyone their lady bits, but it was still a very weird situation.
Earlier this year, Lohan moved with her boyfriend to London. Some say that the move may even be permanent. Because she feels so uncomfortable with the paparazzi in Los Angeles and she doesn’t have anything holding her to New York, her friends have wondered whether she will ever live on this side of the pond again.

It looks like their suspicions may be right and Lohan is comfortable enough in London to act as tour guide. She and Kardashian spent time dining at one of the best places in town, Ours Restaurant.
Something tells me that this new friendship isn’t going to last for that long. The two live very different lives. Kardashian is the queen of California living and has three kids and countless siblings to keep in touch with. Lohan is dating a Russian millionaire, probably traveling all the time, with no real attachment to her family.

Even if they ran in the same circles 10 years ago, I highly doubt this was more than just a single dinner. Either way, it’s the best example of celebrities being friends with each other just because they’re both famous.
It’s sort of like Taylor Swift’s squad. It was cool and it made for a really great video, but it was totally random. I mean, really, what could Ellen Pompeo, Selena Gomez and Hayley Williams ever actually get together to talk about?
