Kim Richards is super ticked off at one of her oldest friends after a lawsuit she thought was over has been appealed.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was sued by pal Kay Rozario after Richards’ Pit Bull, Kingsley, attacked her. Rozario was left with lacerations on her hand and arm — only some of which required stitches — and allegedly experienced stomach and back pain after the incident.

“There was so much blood all over the place, I thought I was bleeding to death and going to die,” Rozario claimed in the lawsuit. “While I was laying there with all that blood on the floor, Defendant Richards repeatedly begged me to not call 911. She also repeatedly begged me ‘not to tell anybody’ and asked me to promise her that I wouldn’t say anything about the attack because she would lose her job.”
But despite asking for a whopping $1.25 million in damages from Hilton and the RHOBH production company, a judge awarded her just $8,000, stating Rozario did not prove her level of emotional distress.
Rozario is demanding the appeals court overturn the judge’s decision, saying she suffers a 50 percent loss of motion in her back and right hand, as well as a paralyzing fear of dogs.

Richards says it’s BS. Through her lawyers, she claims there is no evidence the incident was anything more than an accident and that her former friend is owed zero punitive damages for anything more than her medical bills.
Meanwhile, Kingsley just wants to play ball.
