Joe Giudice is currently serving a 41-month prison sentence. And what does Teresa miss most about having her husband around the house? It’s not having someone to sleep with at night. It’s not having him around to help with the kids. It’s having a yoga partner.

Teresa posted an Instagram of herself and Joe in a tree pose, and let’s just say she looks a little more Zen than he does.
But that’s because she used the practice of yoga to get through her own recent prison sentence. “I love yoga,” Giudice tells People. “It really changed my life. It really got me through this whole ordeal — it really did — being there and everything. I can’t live without it now.” Unfortunately, now that she doesn’t have all that time on her hands, she reportedly hasn’t been practicing as much. Sometimes it really does take being bored out of your mind (or, uh, in literal prison) to get people to work out.

Naturally, she’s expanding her love of the spiritual practice into a business opportunity. “I want to come out with my own yoga DVD tape, my own yoga line. If you put out what you want, sometimes you get it. Never say, ‘I can’t do that,’ because then you’re already bringing yourself down,” she said.
We can almost see it now; “Use the sports bra that got Teresa Giudice through prison!” Not gonna lie, I’d buy it.
