Jules Wainstein made her The Real Housewives of New York City debut in Season 8, but amid her crazy divorce drama, rumor has it she won’t be returning to the show next season.
“Bravo isn’t asking Jules back,” according to an inside source for Us Weekly.

This report comes shortly after the news that Jules and her husband, Michael Wainstein, are getting a divorce after eight years of marriage.
In true Real Housewives fashion, the drama doesn’t stop there, though. The former couple engaged in a seriously heated he-said, she-said battle this week, with Jules’ rep saying Michael cheated on her with one of her friends, and his attorney claiming she physically attacked back him in 2012.

While divorce drama typically provides juicy fuel for reality television, it seems as though it may not help her stick around on RHONY next season. Despite Wainstein opening up about her eating disorder and chaotic home life on the show during Season 8, she supposedly didn’t reveal enough about herself to connect with the network’s audience.
“She isn’t resonating with viewers,” according to Us Weekly’s source.
Plus, following fellow housewife Ramona Singer’s divorce back in Season 7, the source claims “producers don’t want another divorced woman.” Yikes.

However, Bravo says not so fast. A rep for the network claims, “That is not accurate — the network hasn’t made any decisions about another season or about casting.”
It sounds like there could be hope for Wainstein to stick around for another season of RHONY after all! The reality star hasn’t addressed the re-casting rumors on Twitter. Instead, she’s been busying tweeting about the green tea clearing tonic she created that’s sold at Whole Foods and online. Girl’s gotta promote her product while she can!
