You may not see Chelsea Houska on Teen Mom 2, if what her dad said is true

Kris Jenner-in-training Randy Houska has spilled some tea about his daughter, Teen Mom 2‘s Chelsea Houska, and her contract next season. In an appearance on the Dentists, Implants and Worms podcast, Houska admitted that his daughter is over the Teen Mom circuit and everything that comes with it.

He didn’t mince words about his daughter’s standing with the show, which he says she basically hopes is coming to an end soon. “She’s ready to quit [Teen Mom 2],” he said. “I don’t think I’m supposed to say that. If the series ends, she’s fine with it.”

He insinuated that she’s only stayed with Teen Mom 2 for so long because of the money (so pretty much the same reason anyone has any job.) “She’s 24 and she has a house,” Houska bragged of his daughter’s accomplishments. “That’s why she’s stuck with it. She’s doing well, and Aubree’s all set as far as college money.”

Don’t expect to see any of her upcoming nuptials to Cole DeBoer on the next season of Teen Mom 2. Houska claims that his daughter put her foot down and wants her relationship out of the show. “Chelsea’s getting married in October… She won’t let them tape it,” he said. “That was a lot of fighting back and forth. They certainly wanted it.” I understand the impulse to get the cameras out of her wedding but… but… wouldn’t her ceremony make great TV? I guess we’ll just have to wait until next season to see if Houska’s promises hold any weight.
