All of Drake and Rihanna‘s fans mean a lot to them, but they’re currently mourning the loss of one of their biggest fans, Megan Flores.

Flores was a massive fan of Drake, and in March of this year the Make-A-Wish Foundation arranged for her to meet him, but she got an extra surprise when Rihanna turned up, too. Both stars have kept in contact with Flores, with Drake being particularly moved by her strength and positivity.
On Saturday, Flores passed away from a progressive metastasized sarcoma, People reports, and Drake and Rihanna took to Instagram to remember her, and the profound effect she had on their lives.
Taking to Instagram, Drake shared a picture of Flores along with a beautiful caption. He wrote, “Rest in peace my angel. I know heaven is celebrating today. Thank you for the moments and emotions we share I am blessed to have known you in this lifetime. @ovomegann.”

This is not Drake’s first tribute to Flores though, because he also dedicated his recent album, Views, to her. According to People, the credits on the album read, “This body of work is dedicated to Megan Flores. I pray for your wellbeing every day.”
Rihanna also took to Instagram to share a photo of herself, Drake and Flores (taken during their meeting in Miami this March) and she gushed about how the teen inspired her.

“After my show in Miami, @champagnepapi introduced me to Megan! She’s inspired me so much with her strength and her perspective on life! So fearless and kind!” Rihanna wrote, adding how her smile brightened her day and how much she will be missed.
