Lamar Odom’s troubled ways are causing grief for his loved ones

New reports suggest that Lamar Odom is going down a slippery slope, and there are serious concerns for his health.

Odom was kicked off a Delta Airlines flight on Monday for reportedly being drunk, and he was also recently pictured leaving a Los Angeles strip club (the owner told Us Weekly that he was “very happy” and in “high spirits”). All signs point to the fact that Odom is neglecting his body, with a source telling People magazine that he “is back to treating his body worse than ever.”

Odom’s near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel last October deeply affected his loved ones, including his two children and estranged wife, Khloé Kardashian. While Kardashian put her life on hold to care for Odom and help with his recovery, it seems she has finally given up on trying to help him, with a source telling the publication that his actions have left her feeling “frustrated.”

“For days, she didn’t know if he was going to make it. It infuriates her that Lamar is back to his old ways. Khloe was really hoping that the awful hospital experience would have a positive affect on Lamar, but it’s really been the opposite,” the source explained.

It’s really sad to see Odom going back to his old habits, especially when everyone thought that his overdose may be the wake-up call that he needed to get help and once again get his life back on track. But could his recent actions be a cry for help? If so, it may be a cry that Kardashian won’t answer.

“[Khloé] is worried that she again will get a terrible phone call. She just can’t believe that Lamar is heading down the bad road again. She feels frustrated and very sad at the same time. She has tried and wanted to help him so many times,” the source shared, adding that Kardashian feels Odom’s actions are careless and selfish, and have cemented her decision to file for divorce (although it has reportedly been incredibly hard for her to let go).
