During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Hiddleston finally commented on the rumors that his relationship is a “publicity stunt,” and there’s no way you can misinterpret how serious he is about Swift.
“Well, um,” he answered. “How best to put this? How best to put this? That notion is — look, the truth is that Taylor Swift and I are together, and we’re very happy. Thanks for asking. That’s the truth. It’s not a publicity stunt.”

A source told Hollywood Life that Hiddleston isn’t afraid to tell Swift just how he feels and has apparently been telling her that “he’s the luckiest guy in the world to have her in his life.” And he really does seem to be having a lot of luck at the moment because he was recently nominated for an Emmy (his first) for Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie for his role in AMC’s miniseries The Night Manager, which has reportedly resulted in him calling Swift his “lucky charm.”
And if you had any question as to who will be accompanying Hiddleston to the award show on Sept. 18, the source has confirmed that Swift will definitely be the one.
“Although it’s early in the game, Tom has already made it clear to Taylor that he wants her next to him at the Emmy Awards,” the source says. “Taylor is of course thrilled that she will be able to walk the red carpet with him and support him on the big night.”
