Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris‘ breakup has taken a serious turn lately.

What started out as a relationship still full of “love and respect,” as both stars tweeted soon after their split, has now become a seriously ugly social media spat — and other celebs are starting to weigh in and take sides.
After news came out earlier this week that Swift actually wrote the lyrics to Harris’ huge hit “This Is What You Came For,” he went on a Twitter rant basically telling Swift to bug off and get out of his life. Now, a few particularly observant fans are pointing out what looks like low-key shows of support for Harris from a couple other celebs: Demi Lovato and Zedd.
As those fans noticed, Lovato quietly started following Harris soon after his rant, while Zedd liked a few of Harris’ tweets.
Rumors have been swirling all week that a dispute over the song they co-wrote was a factor in Swift’s breakup with Harris. He gave an interview about the song and was asked if he and Swift would ever collaborate, and he denied it vehemently, saying he had never even thought about it. After Swift’s reps confirmed that she co-wrote “This Is What You Came For,” Harris started his Twitter war.

“I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though,” he tweeted. “And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym. Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though.”
He continued, “I figure if you’re happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do. I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy [Perry] ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry. I won’t allow it. Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you’ve earned a great one. God bless everyone have a beautiful day.”
