Where does Cher get her workout clothes? Definitely not Fabletics.

Cher gave Kate Hudson‘s workout gear subscription service a try recently, and she was not the biggest fan of what the site had to offer.
“Made mistake of going 2 Fabletics,” she wrote on Twitter. “What a pain in the a**. Won’t even let u see anything Till u give them ur 1st born?? Felt I Was Being Conned.”
It’s true that Fabletics requires users to sign up and fill out a pretty lengthy questionnaire before they can start browsing items for sale. But that didn’t stop JustFab’s corporate marketing officer, Shawn Gold, from issuing a hilariously tongue-in-cheek statement about Cher’s criticism to People magazine, including references to the legendary singer’s past hits.

“First of all, we love Cher! We’re so bummed she did not like our member quiz,” Gold wrote. “The introductory quiz helps us better understand our customers and personalize the shopping experience. By asking shoppers for their style and size preferences, we’re able to save our customers tons of money and eliminate waste. We only produce the clothing that people want. I wish we could turn back time and explain this to Cher.”
Despite Cher’s criticism, Fabletics has been widely praised, and even netted co-founder Hudson an Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the 2015 Glamour Women of the Year presentation.
“I don’t think you ever feel like you deserve [awards], but I listened to an amazing feminist who said a lot of women feel they don’t deserve the positions they’re in — and they should stop feeling that way,” Hudson said after accepting the award. “I try to look at it as an opportunity to represent something.”
