There’s still more drama unfolding in Johnny Depp and Amber Heard‘s divorce.

According to Us Weekly, Depp has filed court papers demanding that certain details of the split remain private, but Heard has refused to agree to the terms that Depp is demanding.
Court documents show that Depp filed his request on July 15, requesting that certain details stay confidential to protect both celebs’ privacy. According to those documents, “All documents produced by [Depp] in this action and/or any third parties subpoenaed in this action… shall be designated as ‘Confidential Information’ herein.”
Depp’s request is in response to a motion by Heard requesting personal documents from Depp, including financial information.

“Johnny does not dispute that Amber is entitled to the majority of the information sought in her discovery requests and subpoena,” Depp’s filing states. “He is willing to produce the documents necessary for Amber’s evaluation of the relevant issues in this case, such as division of community estate and spousal support. He has asked, however, that a confidentially agreement be executed prior to the production of documents in order to protect the parties’ privacy.”
Heard filed for divorce in May after being married to Depp for 15 months. As Depp’s filing notes, “This case has been extraordinarily public since its inception.”
The document continues, “Amber has inexplicably refused to sign any agreement to maintain confidentiality in this action. Johnny is therefore asking the Court to issue a protective order.”
That means Depp wants the court to force confidentiality of certain details, even if Heard doesn’t agree. Heard reportedly has refused to sign private confidentiality agreements proposed by Depp during their divorce proceedings.
