It’s been a long time since Kesha released new music, but last week she surprised fans when she announced a shocking change in her legal battle against Dr. Luke: She would be dropping her sexual assault case and had delivered 28 new songs to the record label. Then on Saturday she surprised fans once again when she took to Instagram to post an image of herself performing in Atlantic City as part of her “Fuck the World Tour” (which marks the first time she’s performed since dropping her lawsuit).

Kesha captioned the image with, “The show I have always wanted to put on has finally come to fruition. This show is the most satisfying show I have ever been a part of on the deepest, most cellular level. I’m so happy see [sic] y’all out there on the road creeps.”

According to E! News, Kesha and the Creepies recently announced a summer tour, which will have them performing together in intimate venues across the country while offering the audience a diverse musical performance with songs for both country music lovers and rock and roll fans. The show will reportedly also include some of Kesha’s biggest hits, including “Your Love Is My Drug” and “Timber.”

So, how do Kesha’s fans feel about her getting back to work again?

Excited, obviously! Comments on her Instagram post are filled with messages of support, and it’s evident that fans are loving seeing Kesha in action once again.

“Thank you for the life changing show last night,” callmerichiev wrote. “You are the reason why I want to pursue my dreams at becoming an artist. Thank you!!!”
