Johnny Depp & his team reportedly have new evidence against Amber Heard

The bitter divorce between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is only going to get darker as lawyers and finances come into play. With Depp in Ibiza on vacation, Amber Heard reportedly attended her scheduled deposition with his attorneys in Los Angeles. According to People, she was never questioned.

The report claims that Heard arrived as planned at the office of Laura Wasser, Depp’s attorney, on Saturday. “Amber was ready, willing and able to go forward with her deposition,” an insider tells the mag. “She waited for 10 hours, and at no time did Amber refuse to start the deposition.”

A source close to Depp claims that he is doing everything he can to secure the resolution of the divorce. “Johnny would like to see this divorce finalized as soon as possible,” says the source. “He’s concerned with the financial settlement and how she will react going forward.” That’s all well and good to say, but the actions of his attorney don’t quite match up.

The Daily Mail reports that Depp has a long list of witnesses that he’s planning to call in for questioning to void Heard’s accusations of domestic violence, including the officers who responded to Heard’s call for help. The two are due in court on Aug. 14 and 15, when unfortunately it can only get messier.
