Teen Mom stars are infamous for criticizing their show, and Jeremy Calvert is jumping on the bandwagon. He posted an Instagram rant to his private account, which has now been transcribed by several outlets. In it, he defends his girlfriend Brooke Wehr and criticizes the show for “ruining [his] life.”

According to RadarOnline, Calvert posted a retort to an article on a Teen Mom fan site that argued his girlfriend was jealous of his ex-girlfriend, Leah Messer. He wrote, “One, Brooke has never ever ever ever made me post anything in regards to her and, quite frankly, she gets upset with the stuff I do post of her. And second of all, she is far from insecure of my ex, so you’re way off there.”

He continued, “I don’t need Teen Mom in my life. I was doing just fine before I knew wtf the show was and truthfully wish I’d never been part of it, the bs has completely ruined my life.”
But inside all the drama, one bit of happy news is hidden: Calvert and Wehr are planning to get married. “I do plan on marrying Brooke,” he wrote. “She treats me great, works hard… takes amazing care of her child. She makes me smile every day, yes we have our moments but what couple don’t. We don’t go to bed mad at each other. I love her more than anything and so does my daughter, so that means even more to me [than] words can explain.” Looks like it’s good news for Calvert but bad news for fans — with this attitude, it’s not likely that he’ll have the wedding filmed for Teen Mom.
