Kim Zolciak took to Instagram on Monday to post one of the most heartfelt messages she’s ever shared with fans: a good-bye to her husband, Kroy Biermann.

Sharing a photo of her husband hugging her four youngest children (KJ, Kash and twins Kane and Kaia), Zolciak captioned the post with a thoughtful message about the changes happening in her family’s life. She wrote, “My best friend, my everything left this morning to play for @buffalobills although Kroy is so excited as I am (my parents grew up there, half my family still lives there) never mind the fact the fans are AWESOME, the team is AWESOME and my hubby is ecstatic … It was hard to say good bye!”

The family is going through some big changes at the moment. Biermann had to move to New York after his recent trade to the Buffalo Bills (he was previously with the Atlanta Falcons for eight seasons), and although it’s a great career move for him, the decision is clearly taking its toll on the family.
But Zolciak does have a wonderful support system, and she was quick to thank those who have been there for her during this difficult time. “Im so thankful for @briellebiermann taking Kroy so early this morning, @cheftraceybloom coming to the rescue to be here for me, @nikitpressley texts and ALL of you who have welcomed my husband with open arms!” she wrote, adding, “THANK YOU #HeIsMyCalm #HeIsMyStrength #HeIsEveryThingAManHusband&FatherShouldBe.”

However, not everyone has been so kind, with some commenters telling Zolciak to “get a grip” and belittling her problems. But just because Zolciak might have it easier than most, it doesn’t mean that her sadness is any less valid, and this is something her critics need to realize, don’t you think?
