Tyga’s legal problems continue to pile up — he’s getting sued again

Tyga‘s arrest warrant has been canceled and he and his former Malibu landlord have come to an agreement over the money that he reportedly owes him, which dates back to 2012. So, Tyga’s legal woes are finally over and he can move on with his life, right?

Um, not so fast! Turns out Tyga’s legal troubles are far from over, and he’s being sued again.

This time it’s by jeweler Jason Arasheben of Jason of Beverly Hills, who is hoping to collect money owed to him for a diamond pantheon watch that Tyga reportedly bought from him in 2012 for $28,275, as well as a very pricey diamond Cuban link chain, worth $63,000, that the rapper allegedly borrowed and never returned, People reports.

Arasheben has been after Tyga for quite some time now, having first filed a lawsuit in 2013 seeking $185,306.50 (for costs and late fees). But over the years that unpaid debt has risen swiftly and Arasheben’s lawyer, Danny Abir, told the publication that Tyga now owes “in excess of $270,000” in damages, interest and attorney fees.

Tyga messed up big time when he decided to so publicly gift his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, a very expensive car — a $200,000 Mercedes-Maybach. An issue that Abir addressed, saying, “”In the meantime, Mr. Stevenson gives away cars, jewelry and cash. We will question his source of funds — ‘Where’s the money, what are you spending it on, what are your assets, will you be able to pay up for all of this?'”

So, what happens next?

According to Abir, the legal team intends to make a demand on Tyga, and depending on how he responds to it (whether he wants to pay the client and get it over with) then his legal headache will be over quickly. If not? Well, there will reportedly be a lot more hoops to jump through.
