Anyone who’s read any of my recent articles about The Bachelorette knows exactly how disappointed I was by the show’s super-boring season this year. That’s why I am praising the Bachelor gods right now for giving us the gift of Jordan Rodgers’ vengeful ex-girlfriend.

Personal trainer Brittany Farrer took to Instagram early in the season to accuse Rodgers of cheating on her while they were dating. Since then, he’s repeatedly denied her allegations both on and off camera, and Farrer has apparently had enough.
In a two-part Instagram post, Farrer tore Rodgers apart for the indiscretions she says happened during their nearly four-year relationship.
“After our breakup, I was surprised to find out what a prolific liar and cheater #JordanRodgers was during our entire 3 1/2 year-relationship. But what has surprised me even more is how he has carelessly bashed and lied about me in public. I guess he thought I wouldn’t stand up for myself. #HeWasWrong,” she writes.

The text post lays out her reasoning for exposing Rodgers. She says she’s been approached by friends, family and strangers because Rodgers has said she’s lying about what happened during their relationship.
“Since the show ended, Jordan has been busy trying to push out new headlines casting himself in the role of the victim,” she writes. “In every interview, he’s talked about cheating rumors being ‘really harsh and very untrue…’ So here’s some proof I have that Jordan left out. Probably because it doesn’t fit into the new character he’s created.”
She ends the post, “I’m laying it all out there because I don’t want to do this again. Unlike Jordan, I’m not desperate to stay in the spotlight.”

In the second part, Farrer posted a video showing a receipt for a bouquet of roses she says Rodgers sent to one of his co-stars when he made a cameo appearance on Pitch Perfect 2. The message sent with the roses reads, “Happy Birthday to my Favorite Bella. Miss you. Can’t Wait to See That Beautiful Smile Again. From, Your Favorite Football Player Wanna Be Actor.” The name on the receipt is Jordan Rodgers.
Farrer also posts a collection of screen shots of texts Rodgers sent her on the same day he allegedly sent the roses, as well as texts Rodgers sent her a month later, trying to win her back after they broke up.
