The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Kelly Dodd and her husband have put their Newport Beach house on the market, and obviously, people think this may be a sign that their marriage is on the rocks again.
Dodd has never been quiet about the fact that she once filed for divorce from her husband back in 2012 but decided that it was more important to work it out. Now, it looks like they may be talking about divorce again.

In the listing, the couple says the house is 4,370 square feet with panoramic views of Big Corona Beach. It was recently renovated and has four stories, and they are asking $6.25 million for the house.
Selling the house isn’t an automatic sign that the couple is getting divorced. They could be looking to upgrade now that they’re regulars on RHOC. Or they could just want something new in their lives. But given their past problems, some people are speculating that this is the beginning of the end for them.
According to Radar Online, Dodd was accused of neglecting the couple’s daughter in the original divorce papers. They read, “Since moving to Orange County, Petitioner has had the tendency to leave our daughter with Petitioner’s mother or with babysitters in order to allow her plenty of opportunities to go out on dates, to bars, or have girls nights with her friends.”

Obviously, if that was a problem back in 2012, it could only have gotten worse now that Dodd is living her life as a Housewife — a lifestyle that includes tons of parties, happy hours and drama filled-girls trips. If that was a major reason for the couple to consider divorce a few years ago, it makes sense that many fans believe they’re looking to call it quits now.
We will wait until more facts come out because a house for sale doesn’t mean much more than a family looking to move. But we’d love to hear what you think.
