Things in the love department are going pretty well for Miranda Lambert, so when we read the headline “Miranda Lambert engaged,” our minds automatically jumped to Anderson East, except, he’s not the one who proposed to her.

Instead, Lambert is making headlines for another rather adorable reason: She’s engaged to a 6-year-old fan named Sebastian.
Lambert shared the sweet story with fans during a concert in New Jersey’s East Rutherford MetLife Stadium on Saturday. She said, “I forgot to tell you something really important though. I got engaged today! There’s a little 6-year-old boy here named Sebastian. He asked me to marry him. I said yes, in 25 years.”
Lambert was clearly taken by her young fan and gushed about the proposal being her “favorite proposal ever” — dang, that must sting a bit for Blake Shelton. But the best part? Sebastian went all out, and there was even a pretty pink ring to accompany the proposal.

Lambert also took to Instagram to share a photo of the engagement (and the ring), which she captioned with, “I said YES! But he has to wait 25 years. this sweet boy Sebastian is a little gentleman. #pinkring #proposal#mademyday #jersey #spreadthelovetour.”
Fans think the moment is adorable and took to the comment section of the post to share their thoughts.
