Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani‘s romance has been one of the most talked-about celebrity relationships of the last year. It’s also created the most speculation.

With everything from pregnancy to wedding rumors, Shelton and Stefani have probably heard it all; however, the rumors that the couple will soon be exchanging vows persist, and we have to wonder if there’s any truth to them? The latest report comes from Life & Style, who previously claimed that the couple will announce their engagement in September and be married during the Christmas holidays.
“They’re planning a December wedding at Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma because Gwen and the boys love it there and it will give them a lot of privacy,” a source told the publication earlier this month. And now there’s more to report because according to the publication, Shelton is getting close to Stefani’s three young sons, and the couple intend for them to play a big part in their wedding.

“Apollo wants to be the ring bearer, and the two older boys will be junior groomsmen with Blake,” an insider explained. “Blake wants it to be really special, to show them coming together as a family.”
The insider also revealed that the wedding won’t be anything too extravagant, as the couple wants to limit it to family and close friends.
We don’t know if there’s any truth to these reports, but if these are Shelton and Stefani’s plans, they’re pretty good ones. A secluded wedding surrounded by all those who love them and an opportunity to show Stefani’s sons that they are going to be an important part of the relationship — well, that sounds like a pretty sweet way to start their married life.
