There’s been a lot of speculation lately about Hugh Hefner‘s health.

The Playboy magnate is 91 years old now, and with rumors already swirling that his health is declining, Kendra Wilkinson isn’t doing anything to help.
“I worry every day,” Wilkinson told E! News after a recent visit with Hefner. “You know that at that age and I’m not gonna lie, every day I open up my social media, I pray I don’t see what we think might happen.”
Wilkinson added, “The day that comes will be devastating to me and my family.”
Still, Wilkinson isn’t saying for sure whether part of her worry has to do with Hefner’s health.
“I can’t say that… I’m not a medical person or any of that stuff,” she said. “Honestly, he was there and we had a great talk and we were very happy to see each other. You know, and there were rumors that things are happening, but God, he’s 91 years old! He’s gonna live longer than us!”
Rumors about Hefner’s health have been around for a while, but last month, Page Six published alleged confirmation from a source close to the Playboy Mansion.
“His people are really trying to keep this under wraps. You even have to sign a confidentiality agreement to go up to see him,” the insider said, after claiming that Hefner is “down to around 90?pounds and super sick.”
Hefner, however, is denying the rumors, though not making public appearances. Soon after the Page Six article was published, he tweeted about it, writing, “I wish the tabloids had informed me a little earlier in the week that I’m sick. I might have cancelled my weekend plans.”
