On Sunday, Oct. 23, Joe and his wife, Teresa Giudice, celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary, and while they weren’t able to spend it together, Joe ensured that Teresa felt loved and appreciated on the day by sending her a little surprise: a beautiful bouquet of red roses.
Teresa couldn’t have been happier. She took to Instagram to share her gift with fans. She captioned the first image with, “What a surprise got these beautiful roses from Joe for our Anniversary today October 23, 1999. The couple doesn’t have the perfect relationship, and their marriage has been through a lot because of their legal situation, but it seems clear that Teresa and Joe are still very much in love — and if that wasn’t evident through Teresa’s first two posts, she made sure to drive the message home in a third and final post about her anniversary.
Taking to Instagram, Teresa posted a photo of herself and her husband, which she captioned with a touching message. She wrote, “Happy Anniversary to my Love Joe #soulmate #honey #love.”

We know Joe tried his best to pull out all the stops on his anniversary, but was he even able to see Teresa? In the time leading up to the day, Teresa seemed to suggest to E! News that it wasn’t a priority because she had to check that it didn’t interfere with her daughters’ schedules.
“We put our kids first,” she confessed. “Then I’ll probably go see him the following day.”

“He said he had a surprise for me, and that he wrote me a song,” Teresa added. “I gotta pitch it out there: He wants John Legend to sing it to me. So, we’ll see. You never know!”
She may not have gotten John Legend to sing her a song, but she certainly did get a worthy surprise.
