Glee‘s Mark Sailing is being accused of rape

In December of 2015, Mark Salling made headlines after he was arrested on suspicion of possessing thousands of child pornography photos and videos, and was later indicted on two child porn charges — to which he has plead not guilty — but now, Salling finds himself being accused of raping a woman that he reportedly once dated.

According to TMZ, the incident happened four years ago between Salling and an unnamed woman, who says she was dating him for several months prior to the rape. According to the police report filed in April of 2016, Salling and the woman had entered a room to have intercourse; however, she changed her mind and reportedly told him, “I can’t do this.” However, Salling allegedly refused to stop and forced himself on her.

Salling has not been arrested at this time, and according to TMZ, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing the claims and reportedly deciding whether to file charges against Salling. The site also notes that they reached out to the former Glee star’s rep for comment but are yet to hear back.

This is not the first time that a former girlfriend has accused Salling of doing something alarming: Roxanne Gorzela previously filed a lawsuit claiming that Salling forced her to have unprotected sex with him. In her lawsuit, she alleged that she had confronted him about it the next day, and that he then became physical with her and “threw her to the ground” — the sexual battery claim was dropped and according to TMZ, the only thing Salling admitted to was “negligently causing her to fall and injure herself.” The lawsuit was eventually settled in March of 2015, and Salling reportedly paid Gorzela over $2.7 million.
