The ultimate Gilmore Girls drinking game to play as you binge-watch the series

If you’ve been looking to binge the entire Gilmore Girls series before Netflix‘s revival, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, debuts in late November, here is your chance. In August, cable network UP announced it would show a 153-hour Gilmore Girls marathon, so what better way to celebrate the marathon than with a Gilmore Girlsdrinking game?

Obviously, the following drinking game can also be played whenever the four 90-minute episodes finally premiere on Netflix. Based on the trailer, photos and all of the scoop dished about what’s to come, it sure doesn’t seem like much has changed from the older episodes, which is why the GG drinking game is perfect for both old and new episodes.

The rules are shared below, so be sure to print them out, have them pulled up on your phone or memorize them, because you’re going to need them handy for each and every episode. Of course, you wouldn’t want to disappoint Lorelai, Rory, Luke, Emily and the entire town of Stars Hollow by not participating or following the rules. Yes, sometimes they broke the rules themselves, but this time it’s important to follow them.

UP’s marathon, which also happens to be hosted by Sean Gunn (GG‘s Kirk), begins Friday, Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. EST and ends Friday, Nov. 25 at 3 a.m. EST right before Netflix’s revival premieres at 12:01 a.m. PST.

Be sure to rest up, have your beverages ready (coffee, alcohol or whatever you prefer) and prepare to drink while you binge one of the best series of all time.
