Former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes has been in a whole lot of hot water this year. He resigned from his position at the network in July after ex-Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit and more than 20 women came forward to make similar claims of chauvinism and racism in the wake of the suit.
One accuser is Megyn Kelly, who clearly outlines her allegations in her upcoming book, Settle for More, says Radar Online. According to the obtained passages, Kelly says Ailes began harassing her as soon as she became employed by Fox in 2005.
Kelly claims in her memoir that Ailes offered to advance her career in exchange for sexual favors and came onto her physically, but Ailes and his legal team have recently come forward to deny all of her allegations, basically saying that Kelly’s harassment allegations are flat-out lies.

“Mr. Ailes denies her allegations of sexual harassment or misconduct of any kind,” Ailes’ attorney, Susan Estrich, said in a statement to Radar, noting, “Only one year ago on the Charlie Rose program, Megyn praised Ailes, saying, ‘I really care about Roger. And he has been nothing but good to me. And he’s been very loyal. And he’s had my back. And he’s looked out for me.'”
Kelly was still working under Ailes when she made the positive comments about him on Charlie Rose.
“Roger began pushing the limits,” Kelly wrote of Ailes alleged harassment in Settle for More, via Radar. “There was a pattern to his behavior. I would be called into Roger’s office, he would shut the door, and over the next hour or two, he would engage in a kind of cat-and-mouse game with me — veering between obviously inappropriate sexually charged comments (e.g. about the ‘very sexy bras’ I must have and how he’d like to see me in them) and legitimate professional advice.”

But Ailes isn’t the only one saying Kelly’s claims are bogus. According to Radar, a Fox News spokesperson claimed on Thursday that Fox News host and senior political analyst Brit Hume said in a statement, “Megyn Kelly never made a sexual harassment complaint to me.”
