Lady Gaga says she loved Taylor Kinney more than he loved her, breaks our hearts

Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney’s breakup this past July came as a surprise to many, but despite the heartbreaking split, Gaga still has a lot of love to give.

In an emotional interview with CBS Sunday Morning on Sunday, Nov. 27, Gaga reflected on relationships in general — but we can’t help but think some of that emotion was because of her feelings for Kinney, as she revealed that she loves very hard.

“I think women love very hard. We love men. We just love with everything we have. And sometimes I don’t know that that love is met with the type of dignity that we wish it would be met with,” she explained. “You know, we’re not trying to make you less of a man. We just want you to love us as deeply and as wholesomely and as fully as we love you.”

Gaga has never been afraid to share her emotions. In fact, she’s brutally honest with her fans, which is one of the reasons she is so endearing, but being in the public eye does have its drawbacks — and Gaga expressed her thoughts on it.

“I miss people. I miss, you know, going anywhere and meeting a random person and saying, ‘Hi,’ and having a conversation about life. I love people,” she confessed. But she also understands that by becoming famous, she has sacrificed her freedom.

“I’m very acutely aware that once I cross that property line, I’m not free anymore,” she confessed. “As soon as I go out into the world, I belong, in a way, to everyone else. It’s legal to follow me. It’s legal to stalk me at the beach. And I can’t call the police or ask them to leave. And I took a long, hard look at that property line, and I said, ‘Well, if I can’t be free out there, I can be free in here.'”
