Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie appear to be leaving the bitterness of their breakup behind them and focusing on healing their family once again, because according to a new report, they have reached a temporary custody agreement for their six children.

According to court documents obtained by E! News, Pitt and Jolie’s children will remain in the actress’s custody, but Pitt will reportedly continue to have “therapeutic visitation” with his kids, as well as attend weekly individual therapy sessions. However, there are a few stipulations that need to be met, and according to the publication, Pitt will have to attend group therapy and must submit to random drug tests, while the couple’s children will undergo individual counseling.
Pitt has officially been cleared by the FBI with regard to his actions on a private plane. An FBI spokesperson recently released a statement confirming that they “will not pursue further investigation,” adding, “No charges have been filed in this matter.” And now that the media circus has calmed down over this, the family may be afforded some privacy to deal with the real issues and the decisions regarding the future of their children in a more private way.

While the custody agreement is only temporary, it does seem to offer the family some sort of stability during what must be an unimaginably hard time. And while we don’t expect the former couple to reunite, it’s great to hear that Jolie and Pitt have at least been able to agree on something — even if it is only temporary.
