While many people applauded Gaga for her honesty and willingness to speak out about this issue, one person doubted her claims: Piers Morgan. And he took to Twitter to refute them.
Morgan first tweeted that Madonna and Gaga had both made allegations of rape, but he seemed to cast doubt on their claims writing that there was “No police complaint, no charges, no court case.”

Morgan also mentioned PTSD, claiming that it was something that “soldiers on battlefields” get.
However, Gaga responded to the messages in a calm and eloquent way, telling Morgan that she would like to sit down with him and discuss PTSD, adding that “it’s not just a ‘military’ disorder. There is a mental health youth epidemic.”
After an exchange in tweets, the pair agreed to have an interview to discuss the topics.
