It’s only Wednesday as I write this, and you guys, I am already so tired. The demands of life and various world events have left me worn out; what’s a girl to do? That right. In a riotous and delightful celebration of the London drag scene, Garfield was invited along to perform his most sparkling rendition of Whitney Houston’s “I’m Every Woman” for the crowd. Naturally, it was a huge, huge hit among the surprised drag show attendees.

In the video above, you can see Garfield sporting a curly wig and dancing around the stage. He’s clearly loving life and loving his moment in the sun. Also, Garfield’s got a serious knack for lip-syncing, right? Like, he’s so damn good at it he should consider signing on as a judge for RuPaul’s Drag Race in the future; homeboy knows what’s up.

Speaking of RuPaul’s Drag Race, this special event was actually held for some of the show’s most famous contestants. Queens like Michelle Visage, Sasha Velor, Shangela and Shea Couleé all stepped out onstage and then cheered Garfield on as he vogued his way to drag glory.

Garfield’s surprise performance was well-received by the crowd, who can be heard singing along with him in the video. There’s definitely some good energy coming through, and let me tell you: if this doesn’t perk you up right quick, I don’t know what will. Garfield-as-Houston is giving me life, y’all.

There’s no doubt about it. Garfield’s drag show surprise is a necessary mood-booster, and if there’s any chance that he can deliver more of this to us in the near future, by all means he is welcome to do so.
